Meet the Team

We’re not a bad bunch

eRecruit Solutions has grown from its three Directors into a handsome bunch of experienced consultants and recruitment experts since its inception in 2008. Here’s (kind of) what we look like:

Dave Morgan

Managing Director

Background: With more than 10 years’ recruitment experience, and as a Fellow Member of the REC, Dave leads the Client Services Team and oversees the success of each individual campaign. He’s a stickler for detail and remains ‘hands on’ in all aspects of the business, with a fiery passion for excellent customer service; making sure each and every client enjoys an excellent experience at all times.

When not in work: Dave’s a huge DIY enthusiast, with an eye for detail (bordering on OCD) and a keen interest in restoring period properties. Travel is another pastime, kindly reminding us of his travel plans numerous times, months in advance of any trip…

Favourite food: Naughty we know, but KFC or Chinese food!
Sean Curtis

Finance Director

Background: With more than 8 years’ experience in the accountancy sector, Sean has worked with both small and large organisations in both the private and public sectors. He is also the resident IT guy and combining his two areas of expertise means he has a spreadsheet for almost everything. You’ve got to love a good spreadsheet.

When not in work: Sean is a golf enthusiast and would play every day if he could. He is also a keen traveller and tries to tick off two countries every year.

Favourite Food: A rare steak or a curry…… failing that you can’t go wrong with a kid’s tea.
Jon Druitt

Sales Director

Background: Having started his career in the Direct Sales, Marketing and Promotions arena, Jon went on to be a head hunter and now leads the Business Development Team at eRecruit. He thrives on showing new clients an innovative and fresh way to source the best possible candidates for their roles. He spends much of his time training and helping the team hit their goals whilst keeping them on their toes with new sales of his own!

When not in work: Jon enjoys all competitive sports, red wine and travelling…..next stop South America!

Favourite food: Mum’s Lasagne!
Mary Scudamore

Client Services Manager

Background: As eRecruit’s longest standing member of staff, Mary is now a fully qualified REC Member, and has progressed to being our Client Services Manager. She started her recruitment career as a head-hunter, before moving into online recruitment. Mary loves to talk; be it to clients, candidates or colleagues, and manages to be chirpy at all hours of the day!

When not in work: Mary can usually be found in a certain Peri-Peri chicken restaurant, but also loves holidays, reality television, shopping, and beer gardens.

Favourite food: Peri-Peri Chips!
Will Harvey

Principal Consultant

Background: As eRecruit’s Senior Consultant, Will is never happier than when bringing in new business and welcoming new clients on board. His tenacious attitude brings him to go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that his clients’ campaigns are always a roaring success.

When not in work: Will can be sure to be watching some sort of live sport (or, failing that, on the TV) with his mates. He is also a keen reader of fiction and has a substantial DVD collection that he revisits from time to time.

Favourite Food: Fish pie or ‘Toad in the Hole’ with red onion gravy.
Edwina Molyneux

Senior Client Services Coordinator

Background: After completing a Sociology and Journalism degree at Cardiff University in 2007 Edwina moved to London to begin a career in finance and HR. After having gained a few years’ experience in the Big Smoke she then decided to travel throughout Australia and India before finally settling in Bristol where she became part of the eRecruit team.

When not in work: Edwina will always have an interest in other cultures and love visiting faraway lands and exploring new landscapes. She loves sharing good food with good friends and is always scouring the poster boards for upcoming gigs.

Favourite food: Edwina’s favourite food has to be fish but she also loves trying out new things.
James Pearce

Consultant

Background: Currently studying Business at the University of the West of England, James joined eRecruit Solutions as part of his year out placement due to his interest in relevant modules studied at university. This experience will also set him up perfectly for future career aspirations.

When not in work: James re-ignites his past student life by consuming infinite amounts of Dominoes and going to the pub whenever he can. ‘Call of Duty’ and FIFA also consume large portions of his life!

Favourite food: Dominoes, half-Mighty Meaty, half-Texas BBQ.
Stewart Hyde

Consultant

Background: As a fresh faced university student, Stewart joined us as a hugely enthusiastic, proactive member of the Business Development Team. Keen on building up long term working relationships, Stewart always ensures his clients are happy with the service eRecruit provide them from the word go!

When not in work: Stewart’s a Newcastle United fan (unfortunately) so enjoys travelling around the country watching his team lose. Other interests include travelling, cooking up a storm, and anything sport related!

Favourite food: Nothing beats a curry on a Friday night!
Joe Gregory

Consultant

Background: Joe has a diverse background of sales, marketing and PR. Joining the team in 2011, he has made a big impact on the team and hasn’t looked back since. Always going above and beyond the call of duty, Joe consistently looks for new ways to help his clients achieve their recruitment goals. This results in excellent feedback and repeat business.

When not in work: Joe’s enthusiasm for the great outdoors translates in numerous ‘wholesome’ hobbies. When he’s not tending to his veg patch or restoring furniture, you can find him down by the local lakes fishing, walking his dog or enjoying the local Pub quiz, quaffing on that season’s Ale of choice.

Favourite food: HOT, HOT, HOT Curry, Vindaloo as standard; the hotter the better!
Tiffany Balson

Client Services Coordinator/Executive Assistant

Background: Tiff joined the eRecruit Team after a successful background working in Administration & Customer Service for companies such as traditional recruitment agencies. She has very bravely taken up a split role, working both as Executive Assistant to Dave, Jon and Sean (she must be mad!), and Client Services Coordinator within the Client Services Team. She took to our form of recruitment like a duck to water, and candidates, clients and fellow eRecruiters all warmed to her immediately. Tiff’s enthusiasm for her work makes her an integral part of eRecruit.

When not in work: A huge Bristol City fan with a love of festivals, Greggs, beer gardens, live music and her GHD’s. Tiff also loves being favourite Auntie to the newest member of her own family, 9 month old Milo.

Favourite Food: Curry or mashed potato or pizza or miss millies..I cant choose!!”
Tudor Williams

Talent Director

Background: A fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Tudor has held several senior management positions within the recruitment, media and sales arenas. Tudor operates as Talent Director in eRecruit which means he is always looking for exceptionally talented individuals who can assist with our ambitious growth plans and drive an exciting global footprint whilst delivering a fantastic return for our clients.

When not in work: Tudor is a devoted father and spends every spare moment with his gang, weekends are often spent in farms and ball pits!

Favourite Food: Tudor spent a lot of time in previous positions travelling globally and has experienced a wealth of weird and wonderful foods including Snake, Dog and Frog Porridge! But loves a good Chinese or Indian takeaway on Friday night after a busy week at work.
