What We Do For You

eRecruit Solutions work very differently to a typical ‘recruitment agency’, providing our clients with a streamlined, cost effective service, and a different model of recruitment, one which is becoming more and more popular every day.

This is how we work, for you:

  1. We take the details of an opening from our client, create a web-enhanced advert and place this on a large number of online job-boards, meaning that you can find our suitable opportunities at the click of a button through your favourite sites.
     
  2. Once you have applied to one of our adverts, your application will be screened by one of our highly experienced team of recruiters, according to our client’s specification.  We review every candidate almost immediately, meaning that you’re not left hanging on and not sat in the black hole of a recruitment inbox!  You will receive a reply from us, typically giving you more information on the role.
     
  3. Your application will be considered for, and if successful submitted to, that specific client only. We will not add you to our ‘database’, and your CV will not be sent anywhere else.  This keeps your application confidential, and your intentions at the top of our list.
     
  4. Our client will then also review your application, and will be in touch with you directly with even more information, and hopefully to organise an interview.  We work 'behind the scenes' to build the relationship between you and your potential new employer as quickly as possible by getting you directly in touch with them as soon as we can!

  6. Congratulations!  You’ve knocked their socks off!  You will be working directly with our client, meaning that you won’t have a ‘recruitment agency’ taking any percentage of your earnings.
