So far 2012 has seen us break all sorts of records. We have had an exceptionally strong start to the year, posting record turnover in both January and February. We have very ambitious plans for growth, and in order for us to be where we want to be, we have to make sure that we are consistently hitting our individual and collective targets. Having taken on Tudor Williams as Talent Director we have with us a very hard working, diligent and motivated individual who not only asks a lot of himself but also of us as the Sales Team. Tudor has implemented a raft of changes which, to my mind, will help us to take a significant step in the right direction. Our ultimate aim is make sure that we are number one in our field and I for one firmly believe that we have all the right tools and processes at our disposal to enable us to do this.
I am approaching my second full year of working here at eRecruit, and last week I earned my second promotion to Principal Consultant. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working with such talented and conscientious colleagues and am very much looking forward to the new challenges that await me in my new role. I am particularly looking forward to working in close proximity to our new starters Paul, Greg and Flora who have joined us this week. I am relishing the prospect of being able to pass on my advice and guidance whilst they start out on the phones. I am sure that with a lot of hard work, guile and skill they will all be ringing that bell in no time at all!
Let’s hope that the rest of the year continues with the rich vein of form that we have showed so far. By Christmas time I want to be on that Virgin flight to JFK with the aim of setting up our New York office!
