Once the eRecruit Team receive your vacancy, we will create a web enhanced advert and post it on a selection of more than 1,000 Online Job Boards. Seeing 80% of all job seekers use the internet to search for their next role, this will give you a great opportunity to find the very best candidates.
Step 3, We will do all the screening
eRecruit's skilled team of recruiters will screen every applicant to your specification, and reply to every candidate's application, supplying any extra information you require
Step 4, Your are in control
Our involvement generally stops once you have received the applicants from us. This gives you full control of who you want to interview and employ, however we are always here to offer any help and advice you need on the later stages of your recruitment process.  

Step 5, Congratulations
