  1. Are there any other charges after the £599?

    No, £599 covers our entire service including advert creation and enhancement to attract candidates to your position, posting the advert on the major online job-sites, filtering the response to match candidates to your specifications, responding to candidates and submitting a shortlist of suitable candidates to you. There is no further charge when your role is filled.

  2. Does it cost extra to hire more than one person from the CVs you send for one vacancy?

    No. Our charge is a flat-fee per role, not per person, so there is no further charge from us.

  3. How can you do all this for £599?

    Due to our involvement in the whole recruitment process being reduced and the control being given back to you, our outgoings are less. So, we pass those savings on to you!

    We also won’t spend a fortune on gimmicks and glamorous ‘high street’ offices, as well as having a streamlined, cost efficient, online-only recruitment process.

  4. How does your approach differ from that of a traditional recruitment agency?

    We will not manipulate your recruitment process to ensure we get a ‘placement fee’, as we work to our simple flat-fee recruitment model. As a result the whole process is far more relaxed and enjoyable… our aim is to make your experience with us a pleasant one, and one that you will want to go through every time!

  5. How long will you advertise our vacancy?

    We can advertise your role for up to 60 days if you wish, although the majority of the response will come through within the first week or so.

  6. How often do you forward CVs to your clients throughout the process?

    All relevant candidates will be forwarded to you as soon as they have been screened (typically within hours of their application). Our advice is to always strike whilst the iron is hot – jobseekers will generally apply for more than one job at a time.

    We want to give you the chance to contact them while they are still as warm as possible, so every candidate we send you will be actively interested in your role and ready to go!

  8. I have more than one vacancy to fill, how will I be charged?

    £599 covers one role, so if your requirement is for several candidates for the same vacancy, there is no further charge. For our more regular clients (with 10 or more vacancies throughout the year) we also happily work on a retained basis meaning further savings!

    Due to the vast number of job-boards at our disposal, the audience they reach and the flexibility that they offer, we are confident that we will find suitable candidates for any type of vacancy in almost any sector.   10. Which job-boards do you subscribe to?

    We have access to in excess of 1,000 online job-sites including almost all of the major UK boards (such as Jobsite, Fish4Jobs, Monster, Total Jobs, Reed.co.uk, My Job Group and The Jobs4 Network) and many niche sites covering specific industry sectors and geographical regions.

  11. Why should I come to you over a traditional agency?

    The savings that we offer compared to most traditional agencies are huge, with our clients saving thousands each time they use us!

    We’ll also leave you in greater control of your recruitment process, meaning that you won’t have us chasing you for feedback/decisions along the way and putting undue pressure on you! We’re here for any help and advice you want, when you want it!
