Initial Brief

We'll spend time finding out exactly what type of candidates you are trying to reach. We can target candidates by experience, location, qualifications, job titles, and even the
companies they have worked for (great for targeting
your competitors).

Search

By utilising each site's keyword search technology, we'll hand-pick the best of a huge bunch. We typically search through thousands of matching CVs to select a high volume of the most suitable candidates for your role.

Contact

We will personally contact each relevant candidate with a bespoke email and flyer about your company and vacancy. We use 'normal' emails, not spam-like HTML emails.

Response Management

All interested candidates will be managed by us and presented to you, meaning you only have to look through CVs of good, interested, candidates.

Control

It's in your hands. We're here to do all of the hard work for you, but won't meddle in your interview processes, meaning you're free to employ as many candidates as you wish at no extra cost from us.

The direct approach

By accessing the millions of candidates’ CVs registered on sites such as Monster, Jobsite, Reed.co.uk, LinkedIn, CV Library, TotalJobs, Fish4Jobs and MyJobGroup, eRecruit Solutions’ Research Team can hand-pick the best, most relevant candidates to approach about your role.

Many ‘passive jobseekers’ choose to register their CVs on such sites, and wait to be approached with the perfect role for them. Maybe yours!

Passive jobseekers are often high-quality candidates, currently employed (often by your competitors) and keen to hear about interesting career opportunities. They are generally different to the audience we reach through recruitment advertising methods.

Direct. Simple. Cost-effective.

Each campaign varies in cost, depending on the size of the initial search. Wider, more generic searches across larger geographic areas naturally bring back enormous results, and so take longer to search through. We will work with you to whittle this down, defining a sensible search at a reasonable cost.

We will never charge more than we have quoted – as with all of our products, it’s a Flat Fee, with no nasty surprises. There is no extra fee ‘per head’, so you’re free to recruit as many as you like!

How long does it take?

A typical campaign will take around one working week to complete, however candidate response can of course take a little more time to come through to us.
